európskou sieťou priamo do systému vášho obchodného partnera.
Čo je Peppol
Peppol je celoeurópska sieť pre elektronickú výmenu obchodných
dokumentov, predovšetkým faktúr. Funguje ako poštová sieť: každá firma
sa do nej pripája cez jeden prístupový bod a tie si medzi sebou
dokumenty doručujú v jednotnom formáte — bez ohľadu na to, aký účtovný
systém partner používa.
Čo je Access Point
Access Point je poskytovateľ, ktorý firmu technicky pripája do siete
Peppol — prijíma jej dokumenty a doručuje ich Access Pointu partnera.
ePostman je práve takýmto Access Pointom. Keď odosielate faktúru,
prevezmeme ju z vášho systému, overíme ju a doručíme ju Access Pointu
vášho odberateľa. Ten mu ju napokon odovzdá.
Prečo sa faktúra hlási finančnej správe
Popri doručení faktúry odberateľovi pripraví ePostman aj dátový
výkaz o faktúre (TDD, z anglického Tax Data Document) a odošle ho
finančnej správe SR. Nejde o kópiu faktúry, ale o samostatný dátový
záznam s jej kľúčovými údajmi, ktorý slovenská legislatíva pri
elektronickej fakturácii vyžaduje. Odosiela sa automaticky — nemusíte
kvôli tomu robiť nič navyše.

invoice travels over a secure European network straight into your
business partner’s system.
What is Peppol
Peppol is a pan-European network for exchanging business documents,
invoices above all. It works like a postal network: every company
connects to it through a single access point, and those access points
deliver documents to each other in one shared format — regardless of
which accounting system the partner uses.
What is an Access Point
An Access Point is a provider that technically connects a company to
the Peppol network — it receives that company’s documents and
delivers them to the partner’s Access Point. ePostman is exactly such
an Access Point. When you send an invoice, we take it from your
system, validate it, and deliver it to your buyer’s Access Point,
which then hands it to the buyer.
Why the invoice is reported to the tax authority
Alongside delivering the invoice to the buyer, ePostman also prepares
a tax data document (TDD) and sends it to the Slovak tax authority
(FS SR). It is not a copy of the invoice, but a separate data record
carrying its key details, which Slovak law requires for electronic
invoicing. It is sent automatically — you do not have to do anything
extra for it.
