Po prihlásení sa otvorí Prehľad — súhrn toho, čo sa na účte deje.
V ľavej navigácii sú štyri hlavné časti: Prehľad, Faktúry, Billing
a Nastavenia.
Štatistiky
Horný pás ukazuje počty za bežné obdobia: dnes odoslané (s porovnaním
voči včerajšku), odoslané tento mesiac, prijaté a čakajúce alebo
zamietnuté doklady.
Upozornenia
Pod štatistikami sa zobrazujú kritické hlásenia a varovania — nízky
kredit, zlyhané doručenia, faktúry čakajúce na spracovanie. Každé nesie
tlačidlo na priamu akciu, takže sa k riešeniu dostanete jedným klikom.
Rýchle akcie
Odoslať faktúru, dobiť kredit, exportovať CSV a pozvať používateľa — teda
úkony, kvôli ktorým sa do portálu prihlasujete najčastejšie.
Grafy a aktivita
Nižšie nájdete graf faktúr za posledných sedem dní, zoznam posledných
faktúr s odkazom na ich úplný prehľad a časovú os aktivity: odoslanie,
akceptovanie, zamietnutie či prijatie faktúry a dobitie kreditu.
Prepínače
Vpravo hore je prepínač svetlého a tmavého režimu, vľavo dole prihlásený
používateľ. Jazyk rozhrania sa mení v Nastavenia → Všeobecné.
Signing in opens the Dashboard — a summary of what is happening on your
account. The left-hand navigation has four main sections: Dashboard,
Invoices, Billing and Settings.
Statistics
The top band shows counts for the usual periods: sent today (compared with
yesterday), sent this month, received, and pending or rejected documents.
Alerts
Below the statistics you will find critical messages and warnings — low
credit, failed deliveries, invoices awaiting processing. Each carries a
direct action button, so you reach the fix in one click.
Quick actions
Send an invoice, top up credit, export CSV and invite a user — the tasks you
sign in for most often.
Charts and activity
Further down there is a chart of invoices over the last seven days, a list of
recent invoices linking to the full overview, and an activity timeline:
invoice sent, accepted, rejected or received, and credit topped up.
Toggles
The light/dark mode toggle sits in the top right, the signed-in user in the
bottom left. The interface language is changed in Settings → General.
