Setting up an account takes three steps: you enter your email, verify it, and fill in your company’s details.

  1. Enter your email

On the initial registration screen you only enter your email and click Register. If that address was already used by another organization, the portal does not reveal this for security reasons — the screen looks the same either way.

  2. Verify your email

We send a verification link to that address — this is standard double-opt-in verification, which prevents someone from creating an account under an email address that is not theirs. The Verify your email screen waits until you open the link. If the message did not arrive, you can have it sent again with the Resend button.

The link takes you to the Confirm your email page. Your email is verified only once you click the Confirm email button — opening the link alone is not enough, because links in emails are also opened by mail security scanners. You then finish the registration in the same browser where you confirmed your email. If you want to finish it on your computer, open the link from the email on your computer, not on your phone.

  3. Fill in your company details and password

Once you confirm your email, you land on the registration completion form. You fill in company details (name, IČO, DIČ, address), a contact person, and a password, and agree to the Terms of Service (ToS) and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — you cannot finish registration without both.

The password must be at least 12 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character.

Once you submit the form, your account is created and the portal takes you straight into the account setup wizard — covered in the next article.
