Settings has eight sections.
General
Application settings — currently the interface language.
Profile
Company details: trade name, company ID, tax ID, VAT ID, Peppol ID, address, contact email and phone. Changes are stored with the Save button.
Invoicing profile
The details prefilled into every invoice issued in the portal: VAT mode, registry entry, IBAN and payment terms, the issuer’s contact, and the number series for invoices and credit notes. Only an administrator sees and changes this section. Details are in Issuing an invoice in the portal.
Users
Management of organisation members; requires the administrator role. The list shows the role, status, last sign-in and multi-factor authentication status. You invite a user by email, can resend or revoke the invitation, change the role, and deactivate or reactivate the account.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full management, including users and credentials. |
| Operator | Work with invoices, including issuing them in the portal. |
| Viewer | Read only. |
Notifications
For each event type you switch the Email and In-app channels on or off. The setting is personal — it applies to the signed-in user, not the whole organisation.
It covers invoice delivered, rejected and received, low and exhausted credit, an approaching certificate or token expiry, and rejected TDD.
Credentials for connecting systems
Three sections serve integration with your own software:
- API keys — keys for programmatic access to the REST API. You create them with a name and a role; the list shows the prefix and last use.
- Webhooks — HTTP notifications about events into your system. You add a URL, select the events, and can test delivery.
- SAPI clients — OAuth2 service accounts for connecting an ERP through SAPI-SK. Creating one gives you a Client ID and Client Secret.
